Chin Huat Live Seafood BBQ @ Marina South

It has been ages since I last came here to for dinner.
Chin Huat Live Seafood BBQ is a buffet style BBQ that comes with more than 100 kind different kinds of food for customers to choose.
They offer live prawns and crabs but this is only entitled to one serving person.
There are also a wide variety of cooked food to choose from, you must try their fried chicken wings.
Its the most popular dish there, their fried chicken wings are always wiped out the moment it is up for grabs.
This place is still as lively as before, so many people are queuing up for to take the photo, chatting their hearts out and the whole place was like a wholesale market.

The picture on the left is the uncooked section and the one on the right is the cooked food section.
I got difficulty on what should i pick for cooking because the variety thee provide is simply too much.
Ranging from chicken, pork, beef, mutton, vegetables, chinese herbs, yong tau fu....
As for the cooked food section, mostly deep fried finger food.
Definitely a must try for their fried chicken WINGS!!!

10 of us are entitled to 2 live crabs and two boxes of live prawns.
Yes both the crabs and prawns are live!
The problem now is you have to wash and chop the crabs yourself.
As you can see from the picture above, customers are cleaning up their crabs getting them ready to be cooked.

Tons of meat on the sizzling pan and steamboat food cooked in the middle of the stove.
Conclusion:
Its a nice place for dinner gatherings. Buffet style seafood BBQ, you can chat while cooking your food.
Be prepared to get your clothes stink with BBQ smell.
No drinks are provided in this buffet so you have to buy it from their drinks counter.
It is $12 nett per head. Very good deal for a BBQ Seafood Buffet.

They even have their website:
