Ichiban Sushi @ AMK Hub

Ichiban Sushi is located at the second floor inside AMK Hub.
Its quite near Fish & Co. As usual business is extremely good for all the restaurants during the weekends.
I went in at about 530pm so the queue is still alright.

Personally, I like the decoration of this restaurant.
The ceiling is tall, making the whole place spacious.
They adopt white color theme for their tiles and furnitures.
I like the white color theme, its very clean and neat. Its a comfortable place to dine in surely.
Look at the lamp and the view, not bad for a neighborhood shopping center.

This is their menu, it is categorized into 2 sets.
One will be the sushi menu and the other one will be the ala carte menu.

The picture above comes in a set.
This is the curry udon set with crispy fried chicken.
Look at the egg yolk!
The combination of egg yolk with japanese curry is the best!
Their fired chicken is normal from what we eat outside.

Another set that I ordered will be this fried pork cutlet with salmon sashimi and miso soup.
By the way the curry udon set also comes with miso soup.
Hmm..Nothing much to comment about this set because it doesnt impress me.
The egg that covers the meat is very dry.
I would prefer the one I had at sushi tei.

Next is the salmon sushi with mayo..
This is a nice combination of sushi rice and mayo with a little fish eggs.
I like this dish but take note this is a red plate, i think is $5 per plate.

Overall they serve decent food, their dining environment is good.
Service here is good. Be prepared wait if you decided to come here during weekend evening.
Total cost for this dinner is about $40++ reasonable price.
